Born in Denmark but now based in Otago Olav creates works that are real but feel slightly dreamlike as if from a different place. Many of his works take the typical New Zealand Villa and place them in a southern landscape that is familar and colourful yet different maybe the artist as a dual citizen sharing his influences from Demark and New Zealand.
